About Us

I am a lifelong resident of Bakersfield. I attended local high schools and Bakersfield College. I have over 30 years experience in the Agricultural Industry with much of that time as a grower of Almonds. I am a partner in the Golden Empire Almond Huller near Buttonwillow California.

The relationship with Prudential Tobias Realtors is a very positive one which helped me to offer more extensive services to all my clients whether they are looking at their personal homes or investment real estate.

I have over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate specifically in farm land transactions. I have also helped many of my clients in the entitlement process taking farm land to either Residential or Industrial Developments.

Though Commercial Real Estate is where alot of my time is devoted I am very involved in helping clients purchase and sell their homes. I have done over 3.5 million in residential home sales for various clients in various towns in Kern County. 

Though the information above is about me I always make my transactions about relationships with my clients. Many of my clients turn out to be friends for life. I am always looking to make new friends- could you be my next friend? I hope so.
